our culture

We’re a fast-growing, multi-award winning, B2B marketing agency which thrives on achieving outstanding results for blue chip companies in the construction, building material and home improvement sectors.

We produce strategies to help companies grow and achieve big things, which we deliver as a team.

Our account handlers, writers, creatives, researchers, new business developers and support staff are a friendly, hard-working bunch and passionate about their work.

Our focus is on our team and team-working. And we encourage personal development through internal and external training to help further career progression with us.

Because we believe if our team grows, our customers grow too.

our location

We’re based in the lovely, bustling market town of Wotton-under-Edge, on the edge of the Cotswolds, roughly 5 miles from the M5 motorway and a short drive from the M4. It’s in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, and a popular stop for walkers on The Cotswold Way.

We’re spoilt with a range of great pubs, notably The Falcon, which has a great reputation for juicy steaks, and a handful of cool independent eateries such as The Edge, famous for its amazing cakes and coffee (they also provide us with tasty supplies for client meetings).

If you’re more of an outdoorsy type, take in the fresh air and explore the many interesting places, minus traffic jams and dodging through crowds.

Notably, our town boasts the most haunted pub in the country. Although no longer open, the Ram Inn dates back to 1145 and still makes a formidable statement in the town. In fact, at one time the town boasted 40 public houses.

Other significant landmarks include Pitman Place in Orchard Street, named after Isaac Pitman, the inventor of the most widely used system of shorthand.

And the monument on the North Nibley hills that is dedicated to William Tyndale, who translated the New Testament into English. The views are amazing!

our awards

We remain Number 1 in the Construction Marketing Awards (CMA) Agency League of over 80 agencies working in construction, and recently won the coveted CMA ‘Agency of the Year 2017’, along with a record four other wins: for Best Product Launch; Best Digital Campaign; Best Social Media Campaign; and Best Direct Marketing.

The judges said: “Their understanding of markets and supply chains, experience of what works and what doesn’t, and their in-house capabilities enable them to drive integrated, synchronised marketing programmes that produce outstanding results. They also have a superb approach to the team’s personal development. These guys are setting the example.

We’ve won 19 times between 2002 and 2019.

This is a true testament to the dedication of our team and the close relationships we build with our customers.
